Founded in 2005, and its subsidiary company Hehua Machinery Technology (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. was founded in 2018 with a registered capital of 2 million yuan and more than 100 employees. The company passed ISO9001 in 2009, TS16949 in 2015 and IATF16949 in 2018. Specialize in all kinds of metal processing: laser cutting, flame cutting, sheet metal, CNC machining, stamping, mould and large welding structural parts.
The main equipment includes: Dazu fiber laser cutting machine, Gantry Machining Center, CNC machine, milling machine, large 12-meter flame cutting machine, edm line cutting machine, lathe machine, large vertical lathe machine, grinder, shearer, 25~400 tons punch, bending machine, welding machine, etc.
Hehua's main products are automotive stamping parts, exhaust pipes, sheet metal parts of rail transit equipment and motor machining products. It mainly produces sheet metal parts of subway doors, shielding doors and air conditioner for Wabtec Faiveley; automotive stamping parts for Ford, Benz, Audi, Roewe and other motor corporation; lathing, machining, welding parts of motor for ABB; frame and finishing parts of wire equipment for Yazaki; equipment accessories of garbage squeezing and fruit/vegetable machine for Longcheng; etc.

Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory which has been producing metal stamping parts for more than 14 years.
Q: What are your main products?
A: We specialize in manufacturing metal stamping die ,metal stamping parts.sheet metal parts,cnc machining part and welding structural parts etc.
Q: What is surface treatment do you have?
A: Dacromet ,powder coating,Zinc plated, nickel plated, tin plated,brass plated, silver plated, gold plated, anodizing, salt fog test etc.
Q: Can I get the samples?
A: Yes, sample order is available for quality check and market test,and it will be freight collect payment. If simple sample,we will not charge cost; If OEM/ODM samples, we will charge for the sample cost.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A:The MOQ is 1000pcs when have the inventory.
Q:What's the delivery time?
A:The standard stamping parts is 3 to 10 days after payment. If OEM or make the mould,we will confirm the delivery time with you.
Q: What's your payment term?
A: we advise 30% T/T deposit, balance be paid before shipment
